1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, etc.): 3-7 business days.

Other Towns & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated times and delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like public holidays, weather, or courier service delays.
2. Shipping Method & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. This means you can pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep.

All orders are shipped through reputable courier services (such as TCS, Leopards, Trax, etc.). You will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation call or email from our team to verify your details before shipment.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your items and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
5. Important Information for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete, with a working phone number.

Please have the exact cash amount ready for the delivery personnel. The total will include the cost of your items plus the shipping charges.

An adult must be present at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment.

For the safety of our customers and staff, our courier partners may not deliver to certain high-risk areas. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a unique tracking number and a link to track your package online.
7. What if I'm not available when the delivery arrives?
The courier service will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you miss the delivery, they will leave a notification. It is your responsibility to contact the courier company to schedule a redelivery or pick up the package from their nearest facility. If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us and your order will be canceled.
